If so you might be interested in joining the next headache forum held by the Trust.
The forum hopes to offer headache and migraine sufferers some help and support from leading experts from the Trust as well as guest speakers.
The free event, on April 4, will be held over MS Teams and is for the public and patients as well as medical professionals to join. It will take place between 2.30pm and 4.30pm.
The speakers will be:
Dr Jitka Vanderpol, consultant neurologist and headache expert,
Siobhan Jones, headache nurse consultant
Ellen Penny, specialist pharmacist primary care
Cumbria Headache Team
Jitka said: “I have invited other headache experts to advise patients about triggers and lifestyle changes for patients with migraine headache in order to help them better understand their condition and to enable self-management together with providing details of pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment options.”
