The leaflets have been prepared by healthcare specialists and are fully endorsed by the Trust. They can help you to understand your condition and the treatment options available to you.

They help healthcare staff understand preferences, triggers, communication styles, reasonable adjustments and the practical things that support someone to feel safe and respected in our care.
