By road
From the A595 north:
- follow the A595 towards Whitehaven
- turn right for Whitehaven town centre A5094
- follow the road for 1 mile
- turn right onto Church Street
- turn right onto Scotch Street
- turn left onto Lowther Street
- turn right onto Catherine Street
- turn left onto Castle Meadows
- Flatt Walks Health Centre is on the left
From the A595 south:
- follow the A595 Hensingham Bypass towards Whitehaven
- turn right onto Park Drive
- turn right onto Flatt Walks A5094
- turn left onto Catherine Street
- turn left onto Castle Meadows
- Flatt Walks Health Centre is on the left
By bus
Stagecoach run buses from the surrounding area to Morrisons supermarket. Use the Stagecoach website to plan your journey. Flatt Walks Health Centre is a 4 minute walk from there.
By train
If you’re arriving into Whitehaven by train, you can walk to Flatt Walks Health Centre in 15 minutes. There are also several buses from Tangier Street to Morrisons supermarket. See bus information to plan your journey.
There are spaces for disabled drivers in front of the building.
There are 2 car parks close to the Health Centre. Morrisons supermarket offers free parking for up to 2 hours. The Sports Centre pay and display car park is also close by.
