The NHS and Cumbria County Council have launched Cumbria’s biggest ever survey to find out about the experiences of families with children with special educational needs and/or disabilities. It’s part of the work to improve services following an Ofsted/Care Quality Commission inspection in March this year.

The anonymous survey asks about your experiences of different services, what’s working well and what needs to be improved, and should take about 10-15 minutes to complete. Your answers will help us focus on what needs to be done to make services better for everyone. If your child has an Education, Health and Care Plan you will be receiving a questionnaire in the post, so no need to complete this one.
