Julie Haigh, Digital Midwife at the Trust has been selected as one of nine in the Digital Leader 100 Awards. Julie has been recognised as someone who has had the biggest impact on digital transformation and leadership.
The award is for an individual whose actions have made them stand out over the past year as a Digital Leader in their area.
Julie said:
“To be selected by your peers as a regional champion is such an honour. It makes me more determined to continue with my own digital journey whilst waving the flag for North Cumbria.
"As a midwife I get to work with so many other disciplines across the NHS. Which gives me the opportunity to learn from others whilst continually striving to improve digital clinical leadership and knowledge sharing opportunities."
An overall winner of the Digital Leader Local Champion category will be chosen from the nine finalists and announced at the Digital Leaders 100 Awards ceremony in London’s iconic Shard on the 11th of November.
