Bank Booking Policy (AfC only) (excludes Medical and Dental bank) Details

Description

This policy and related procedures must be used by Trust staff who wish to book bank workers for work in ward areas or departments of NCIC, and also by bank workers who are engaged to undertake work in the Trust.
Business Travel Policy Details

Resolution Policy (formerly Grievance Policy) Details

This policy aims to bring constructive, satisfactory and lasting solutions to disagreements, conflicts or complaints. It takes into account the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (ACAS) Statutory Code of Practice on Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures. It replaces the Grievance Policy (POL/WOR/021). Concerns raised under the Dignity at Work Policy will also be resolved via this policy.

Work Experience Policy Details
